We prefer not to collect any personal data except your name and phone number , no CRM activity or promotion from this clinic.

And Lessen My Workload (Lazy)

1 - You can decide on the personal information for registration, the minimum data we require is your NAME as in the identity document and Mobile Phone Number for communication.

2 - Client can choose how to retent personal data and medical data, we can delete all data once you finish your treatment program.

3 - Registration data will only be used for communication only. Medical records will only be used for rehabilitation and to communicate with other doctors.

4 - All data will be securely stored in the encrypted server. Only relevant staff can access the necessary amount of data they need.

5 - We will not use the data for any other purpose apart from rehabilitation services. Client can request deletion of all data at any occassion.

6 - Client can access and correct their data at anytime.
